At the time of booking a 50% deposit is required. For cancellation prior to fourteen days of arrival, a refund will be granted less a 10% service charge. After the fourteen day grace period the full amount will be taken on your credit card and no refund will be issued unless the room is rebooked. There are no credits issued for late arrivals or early departures.
